All of our items come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods, purchased from Patriotic Legacy.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Patriotic Legacy will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.
Patriotic Legacy will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the Product.
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Patriotic Legacy is 365 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs conditions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Once you have contacted us, and the best solution has been determined, you will mail your item to us for repairs or replacement. After your 30 day return period, you must pay for shipping on any returns, replacements, or repairs.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
